What we save

Your email address, optional favorite team, and any pick or game you submit. We also record when you submit and whether you separately agree to email updates. Contact and partnership messages include your reply email, optional name or company, and message.

Your choices

Saving a pick or joining a fan list does not sign you up for email news. The email-updates box is optional and starts unchecked. Merch signups request merch-drop emails only. Contacting HBL does not enroll you in any email list. HBL does not sell this information.

How we use it

HBL stores your details to maintain its fan list and saved picks, record merch interest, or respond to your message. Community pick percentages use the latest team choice per email and game and appear after at least five team picks. Individual emails are never shown with those percentages. Only the league owner can read or export the list. Your team-color preference stays on your device. Short-lived security counters help limit spam; we do not store a browsing history.

Keeping or removing your details

We keep signup records and messages while they are needed for these purposes, or until you ask us to remove them. For a removal request or privacy question, contact @HeadlinerBasketballLeague.
