The top four teams qualify. Seed 1 hosts Seed 4 and Seed 2 hosts Seed 3 on December 7. The winners meet at The Foundry in Las Vegas on December 13 for one championship game.
Teams rank by wins, then head-to-head, then overall point differential, then points scored. If teams remain tied, a league draw determines seeding.
