Profile

Backstory

Astrid kept Northlake’s workshop running, repairing gates and moving the heavy equipment nobody else wanted to organize. She discovered that being the person who could lift it also meant being asked to settle every unrelated problem. Blair offered a simpler basketball arrangement: own the interior and say what she actually thought. Team meetings became noticeably shorter.

What drives them

Become the team’s unquestioned interior anchor without letting everybody else turn that reliability into an excuse to stop trying.

Allies, rivals & friction

Portia appreciates her direct feedback and fears her two-word version. Sébastien must negotiate space with somebody who sees no need to negotiate. Amara Okoye is the calm powerhouse she wants to challenge; Magnus Vale’s elaborate offer of space receives a simple no.

Room to grow

Can move out of her preferred space early enough to let a teammate become the anchor for one possession.

The signature

Reserved Seating

She plants deeply in the paint, receives a two-hand entry pass over her shoulder and sits into a low stable post stance; the defender visibly fails to move her before she calmly pivots toward the unguarded side.

The rules & the counter

She needs an established post position and a reachable entry pass. A fronting defender can deny the catch; a quick double can strip the ball during her pivot. Her low stance gives stability, not supernatural immovability.

The weakness

She can wait too long for the ideal entry and leave the rest of the offense orbiting her unused position.

When it works

The celebration

Points once to the floor she occupied and gives a small matter-of-fact nod.

When it falls apart

The losing reaction

States the mistake plainly, then expects everyone to stop talking and fix it.

The constants

Always this character

37-year-old woman, 203 cm, blonde side braid and powerful natural frame. Preserve her mature face and towering scale. Her authority is competence rather than emotional coldness; she is distinct from exaggerated Massive bodybuilders.
