Profile
Backstory
Mei rebuilt her routines from frame-by-frame training video and became the crew's most honest reviewer. She can spot a late foot from across a gym. Her secret pleasure is an ugly improvised play that works, although she has never volunteered this in an interview.
What drives them
Prove precision is a competitive advantage, then accept that a game will not pause for a good landing.
Allies, rivals & friction
Tessa trusts her counts; Nico makes her corrections endless. Sora is her unlikely aesthetic equal, and each thinks the other perfects the wrong thing.
Room to grow
Can intentionally leave a finish unfinished when a teammate needs the next pass.
The signature
Stick the Exit
Without the ball, she performs one compact cartwheel through a clearly open lane around a planted screen. She lands squarely on two feet, holds a crisp finish for one beat, then receives the outlet pass.
The rules & the counter
One cartwheel, open floor, normal limb lengths and a pass after landing. No tumbling through bodies or dribbling upside down. Her finishing freeze gives a defender time to recover.
The weakness
She values a clean finish so highly that she delays the next useful movement.
When it works
The celebration
Raises both hands in a tiny judged-routine finish with an absolutely straight face.
When it falls apart
The losing reaction
Gives herself a visibly low score with her fingers before anyone else can.
The constants
Always this character
Bob and clip; cream knee pads; single clean tumble; one-beat landing freeze. No robotic speech or stereotype-based backstory.
